All these reviews are accurate. I had the pleasure of dealing with Joel. He is very knowledgeable about all aspects of the trucking industry. He has been on both sides of the fence. It was very assuring to know he isn’t the guy that got all of his knowledge from sitting behind a desk relying on stats. He knows about the real world of trucking. I can’t say enough good about him to do him justice. But what I can say is he saved me $400 a month on my monthly premiums and I still have a well known reputable underwriter, better coverage. And more knowledge. I am a single truck and trailer independent and I don’t do just the minimum coverages required. That is a huge savings. Unreal. Obviously my previous agency was just taking my money and could care less if I was properly insured. The whole experience was pleasant, informative and very simple. I wish I would of called him years ago.
